Installation Guide

Warning: Warning: Flashing a custom ROM requires unlocking your bootloader, which may void your warranty. Backup all your data before proceeding. We are not responsible for bricked devices.

Prerequisites

  • Unlocked Bootloader
  • Custom Recovery installed (TWRP / OrangeFox)
  • Latest Project Sleep ROM zip file
  • GApps (if not included in the build)

Flashing Steps

  1. Reboot to Recovery: Turn off your device and hold Power + Volume Up.
  2. Wipe Data: Go to Wipe > Advanced Wipe and select Dalvik, Cache, System, and Data. Swipe to wipe.
  3. Flash ROM: Go to Install, select the Project Sleep zip file, and swipe to flash.
  4. Format Data: Go to Wipe > Format Data, type "yes", and confirm. (Required for encryption)
  5. Reboot: Reboot to System. The first boot may take a few minutes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it pass SafetyNet / Play Integrity?

Yes, Project Sleep is designed to pass Play Integrity out of the box without root, allowing you to use banking apps and games securely.

Do I need to flash GApps?

It depends on the build type. "Vanilla" builds require separate GApps, while "GApps" builds have Google services pre-installed. Check the file name or download description.

How do I report a bug?

Please report bugs in our Telegram group with proper logs (logcat) and a detailed description of how to reproduce the issue.
